All the way home from today's service, we talked about what a wonderful experience this had been. This is the second time we have attended MBCC, and both times we were impressed by the graciousness of the members and their deeply moving services.
People who complain about long church services should treat themselves to this two-hour spiritual experience. There is not a wasted moment, and the time passes so quickly that it almost shocking to realize that it is actually over. I do not see how anyone could walk out of that church without feeling touched, blessed, and spiritually refreshed by the genuine Christian love and sincere faith shown by the leaders and this congregation.
This church also knows the importance of inviting the very best guest pastors to preach. |

May I brag on Pastor Frank Thomas for a minute? God has truly blesssed us with shepherd of wisdom! Pastor Thomas, I cannot begin to tell you how much your sermons have changed my life. You are a man who is not afraid to reveal personal struggles and you are a man of truth. When you opened the door to this kind of worship, a lot of souls were saved and many delivered. I sit up front on Sundays with the Deaf Ministry and I just wanted to say: thank you and God bless you. Keep following God's direction no matter what. |

On July 22, 2007 My family and I attended church service with your wonderful church family. From the time that we entered the parking lot, we felt loved. Your attendees welcomed each one of us like we were part of the family that just happened to be returning home. This feeling of homecoming continued until we left the parking lot after service.
I want to say this was not our first time here. When we are in Memphis, your church is the only place that we will attend. From the Godly people that take time to serve by greeting and welcoming each person as they enter to the Godly anointed message that is brought forth, this place is not luke warm, but on fire for Christ. Not only would I like to thank you, but also the Rev. Keith Norman for the message that he delivered.
May God always be your focus and may he bless you without ceasing. Know that my family and I will pray for your church and the wonderful things that you are doing there. God bless you, all! |

Thank you so very much for the prayers, phone calls and the plant during my family's bereavement. You will never know how much it meant to me and my family. I thank God for such a loving church family. I pray God will continue to prosper you more spiritually, physically and financially. |

Dr. Thomas,
I attended service on January 13, 2008 and was really inspired by the thought provoking insight and work put into his sermon, "soft landings and soft characters." I am a native Memphian but am currently serving with the military as a mobilized reservist. I am only able to return home about once or twice a month and when time permits attend services at MBCC. I am inspired by an educated minister who challenges his congregation to think for themselves instead of dumbing them down with liturgical proselytizing. Thank you and God bless you for the vital work you do in this community. |
